Sony S1 Tablet To Be Launched In Summer.

To announce the launch of the tablet  the CEO and chairman of Sony, Sir Howard Stringer,talked about the rumors that had been spreading around the globe about  the Sony S1 tablet and finally confirmed its launch at the end of this summer.

The news is official and comes from an ' interview published in the Nikkei , the Japanese business newspaper, in which the President of the Japanese giant (Sony) has revealed more details about what they want in the so called ''iPad Killer of 2011''. According to them the tablet will be presented in the next months and launched in the U.S. market by the end of the summer .  They have also confirmed that the tablet will have Honeycomb Android 3.0 , the version of the mobile operating system Google created expressly for the tablet .

The specs of this iPad Killer are supposed to be:

• Chipset NVIDIA Tegra 2
• Processor dual core
• Graphics Chip GeForce
• Multi touch screen 9.4 inches
• resolution 1280 × 800
• native support for the platform Playstation Suite .

Now we just have to wait and see if the ' S1 may or may not give a hard time to the iPad 2 created by Apple.Only after its launch can we decide that its an ''iPad Killer'' or not and if it is than Apple will certainly have to find a way to fight this killer.

Over 50 Millions Playstation 3 Sold in Five Years!!!

Sony has beaten its own record with the sales of PS3 reaching to 50 million worldwide, surpassing the sales of the PlayStation 2. Launched in 2006, the Japanese home console has achieved extraordinary results in gaming and graphics but not without faults and other problems like the "yellow light of death" that hit the 0.5% of units sold.Still 50 million is a big maybe a gigantic number to be sold.Lets see how does the Xbox respond to the success of its rival.

The U.S. Government Aims On Social Networks (Facebook and Twitter) To Spread The Terror Alerts.

In a draft plan quoted by the Associated Press, there is a possibility of using social networking sites by the department of homeland  security i.e Facebook and Twitter  in the event of a terrorist attack to alert the people about the threat and tell them to take precautionary measures quickly.This is a very good idea as most of the people are all the time connected to either Facebook or Twitter or both.This shows that how important such sites can be in the hour of need.

You all know of your favorite superheroes like superman,spiderman,batman and iron man and you all hope to become one of those someday.Well you certainly cannot but what you can do is wear their costumes and pretend to be just like them.The costumes that are coming these days are not very detailed and good.However Ryan Brooks has created a stunning costume of iron man.The suit has been built by joining together over 4000 Lego Technic pieces and alot of handcrafted Armour pieces and it took over 1200+ hours to actually make it. Apart from this the suit (costume) has the ability to transform form a breifcase into a stunning and fully detailed and functional suit.This particular function is inspired from the movie Iron Man 2.Ryan Brooks aka the real Tony Stark has made an incredible piece of art. The Playstation Phone Is Finally Here............

As you all have been hearing about the Playstation phone to be released this year well the rumors are true there is an Playstation phone (thats what i like to call it) made by Sony Ericsson.They have named it Xperia Play because the word Playstation phone is quite long and boring.The phone comes with an 4inch multitouch screen with 16 million colors (Now that is Awesome) which gives the gamers an amazing experience of gaming.It also comes with an 1GHz snapdragon processor along with Adreno 205 graphic processor with an memory of 8gb extendable to 32gb  which is great for ultimate gaming and also i forgot to tell you that it comes with an sliding gamepad just like PSP.It also has a 5.1 mp camera and an VGA front facing camera.To wrap it all up i will say that this an amazing first ever Playstation certified phone and is great in style and gaming.Seriously i cannot wait to get my hands on this one.. 

iPad Touchless Dock !! Unreal

When ever you say innovation, it is synonymous with Apple, Its was seen that in tablet industry other companies will over run Apple in 2011 like Samsung with its Galaxy Tab and Motorola claiming to introduce most advanced Tablet. BUT what a news has struck from sources I have found that Elliptic Labs will  Unveil Touchless Dock for iPad at CES 2011. Through this technology user will use the<a href="http://www.justcompareit.com/s~q-iPad.aspx?ag=20"> iPad </a>with simple hand movements and no need to touch the iPad. It seems that iPad 2 will come with this feature and in 2011 people will love to buy iPad 2 rather than other Tabs.
There is one thing to consider though. Motorola and Asus  haven't yet announced the specs of their coming tablets, may be they would offer same features, but so far Apple is once again is in the lime light... !!!

Google Nexus World Biggest Full Working Cell Phone

While marketing Google's newly Nexus S, Google has displayed 42" fully working Nexus S, it seems as TV but actually is a cell phone, the graphics and picture quality of this phone is amazing. This particular cell phone was displayed at Best Buy store in San Carlos, it is a massive marketing campaign run by Google.
Google and Sony have already launched a Internet TV which is awesome and the publicity like this has made Google Nexus S even bigger.
